Short professional bio
Nathan Miller is Professor at Georgetown University in the McDonough School of Business and Department of Economics. His research covers topics in the fields of industrial organization and antitrust economics. He is an editor at the Journal of Law and Economics, an associate editor at the International Journal of Industrial Organization, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is also a Founding Partner of Econic Partners, an economics consulting firm. He served as Chief Economist of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division in 2024. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
